We ship within the United States only.

Processing time

In-stock items usually ship within 1 business day. Custom and logo orders are made to order. Turnaround depends on quantity and decoration, and we'll give you an estimated ship date with your proof.

Shipping rates

Orders of $50 or more ship free with USPS Ground Advantage. Other options, including USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air, are shown at checkout with live rates.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Lost packages

If your package hasn't arrived, email us at jim@vinecustoms.com with your order number and we'll look into it. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, email jim@vinecustoms.com with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. If the damage qualifies, we'll send you a replacement.

Pickup

Online orders aren't available for pickup.
