Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Conditions for Returns: 1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 2. Proof of purchase is required. 3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. Refund/Exchange Process: 1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility. 2. Upon approval, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or exchange the item as requested. 3. Please allow 5 business days for the refund/exchange to be completed.
